Every yard gets a free written quote for the full install. It covers removing the old lawn, composted topsoil, fresh-cut tall fescue sod and 30 days of follow-up care.

No. Sod is the only thing we put down. Sod gives you a full lawn in one day. Seed in loose soil can take a whole season and still fail.

A tall fescue blend. It roots deep and handles summer heat. There is no plastic mesh in it, and we cut it fresh for your job instead of letting it sit on pallets.

Once a lawn passes about 1,500 sq ft, yes. A hose cannot keep that much new grass alive. We put in sprinkler systems as well, priced by the number of zones. If you already have one, we check it free when we give your estimate.

Yes. A pallet covers about 500 sq ft. Delivery is quoted per order, and we do not do pickups.

Stay off the new sod until we come back for the first cut. No walking, play or dogs. Roots start to grip in 10 to 14 days, and we come back about 21 to 30 days after install for the first cut and the second fertilizer. We go over every step with you as part of the job.

You put down 30% of the job to hold your install date. It counts toward the final bill.

From spring until the middle of October. In season the calendar fills a week at a time. That is why your estimate carries a 30-day price lock, so the number stays put while you think it over.
